IntentFox is currently in development. This website has no account registration, analytics, advertising pixels, or contact form.

1. Scope

This policy describes information processed through the public IntentFox website, direct email communication, and authorized product testing. IntentFox helps identify relevant public conversations and prepare contextual replies for human review.

2. Information processed

Website delivery and security data

The hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security events to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Email communication

When you email IntentFox, we process your email address and the information you choose to include in order to answer the message, manage an early-access request, or handle a privacy request.

Authorized product testing

If you are invited to test a connected-platform workflow, the service may process the platform account identifier, authorization status, the public content returned for an authorized search, search terms you submit, analysis results, and draft replies. Platform access tokens are used only to provide the authorized connection and must be stored server-side. IntentFox does not require your platform password.

3. Purposes

Information is processed to deliver and secure the website, respond to requests, provide an authorized test, find and analyze relevant public discussions, prepare draft replies for human review, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Human review and publishing

IntentFox prepares suggestions; it is not designed for uncontrolled mass commenting. During the current testing phase, a person must review a suggested reply before any publishing action.

5. Cookies and tracking

The public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and contains no third-party tracking scripts. Essential hosting infrastructure may use technical security or delivery mechanisms needed to serve the site.

6. Storage and retention

Website security logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational settings. Email messages are kept only as long as needed to answer or document the request. Authorized test data and connection records are retained only while needed for the test, security, troubleshooting, or applicable legal obligations. Retention settings must be reviewed before access is expanded beyond controlled testing.

7. Sharing and service providers

Limited information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, email delivery, and an expressly connected platform. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service. IntentFox does not sell personal information. Before any additional processor, analytics service, AI provider, or platform permission is enabled, this policy must be updated to match the actual data flow.

8. Security

IntentFox uses safeguards appropriate to the current service, including server-side handling of access tokens, limited access, secure transport, and data minimization. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Requests and deletion

You may ask about information associated with you or request correction or deletion by emailing {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. We may request limited information needed to verify that the request concerns you. The complete procedure is described on the Data Deletion page.

10. International processing

Hosting, email, or connected-platform providers may process information in other countries. Applicable localization and cross-border requirements must be assessed before product testing is expanded or personal data is sent to any additional provider.

11. Changes

This policy will be updated when the service, permissions, providers, storage, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
